Open a new image:
File > New
Then use these settings:
Open file 1
Press Shift+S (Shortcut to resize) (Else Image > Resize )
Use the settings below:
Its still way to huge.
So repeat the resizing.
Now it still is a little big.
So we're gonna resize it once more.
BUT, change the 50 in percent to 75.
(In tuts they always tell you to resize with (eg.) 50% Thats what you just have done.)
Now press CTRL+X To cut the frame.
Click your empty image and press CTRL+L to paste your frame.
(You can also find these actions below "Edit" in the menu.)
Once pasted it will be in the middle of your empty image.
Open file #2
CRTL+X to cut it. Close it.
Press CTRL+D to deselect. (also under Selections in the menu)
Open the tube :)
Youse your eraser to erase the copyright info on the tube.
We need to resize the tube again.
But not with 50 or 75, we use 80 this time.
if you have done so, CTRL+X to cut the tube.
In your layer pallete.
You have from above.
(of they have diferent numbers, dubble click on them to change, its not that nessecary that they are named that way, but its easier to explain.)
Click raster 3
CTRL+L to paste the tube.
Use the eraser again to delete parts that stickout.
Click Raster 2
CTRL+L to paste the tube.
Use the eraser again to delete the parts as shown in the screenie.
Click your frame in the layerpallette (Raster 2)
You can add 4 numbers in the Dropshadow Screen:
Use these settings:
Ignore the other options and press ok.
Open file #3
Resize it. With 50%
Do this twice.
Then cut and paste it into your image.
Move it to the left half of your image. (screenie)
Left click on it in your layer palette and choose Duplicate.
Go to Image > and click Flip.
(lil piece with no screenie's as it repeats actions from above)
Left click on that flowerlayer
Choose Send to bottom.
Give it a dropshadow again with the same settings as before.
Open file #4
Resize it with 50, we need to do this 3 times.
Because we are lazy we use CTRL+Y (that repeats the very last action you did)
So you do it once manual. and 2x using CTRL+Y
Rotate it in the exact same way you rotated the flowers.
Cut it and paste it onto the frame's left side.
Duplicate it (left click > Duplicate)
Image > Mirror.
Merge down the glitters (as on the flowers - left click > Merge - merge down)
(you can scroll up to check these actions)
In your layer pallete click the top layer.
Open file #5
Resize it with 50.
Resize it again but with 75.
Copy and paste it on the left bottom corner of your tag.
Merge it down.
Give it a dropshadow.
(these are repeatable steps on a lot of elements used in tutorials)
Resize it 3x with 50.
Copy and paste it into your tag.
Drag it between the flowers you just did.
Uh-oh there's not enough room at the bottom LOL
Scroll your image a little down.
Phew! thats fixed \o/
Give the bow a dropshadow with the settings from before.
Rightclick > arrange > move down.
Resize with 50 twice.
Resize with 75 once.
Copy and paste it, drag it ontop of the blue bow.
Rightclick > arrange > move down. (do this twice)
Give it a dropshadow as before.
To add text.
Click the A in your tools.
(when adding text always select the top layer in the layerpalette.)
CTRL+D to deselect everything.
Give your name a dropshadow as before.
Repeat this but change Vertical and Horizontal to -1 (negative 1)
I think my name looks a little to big.
Im gonna resize it 85%
and move it a little down.
To add copyright.
Copy and paste, move it below your name.
Now the image has room left at the bottom and top.
Save your tag as PSD (for future use)
Save your tag as PNG (for a transparant tag that you can upload)
